Kids will learn the importance of kitchen safety, baking techniques, rely on team work and hone their social skills in this fun and educational 5-week course that will put their imagination to the test! Each week students learn a popular baking dish under the supervision and care of our award winning culinary teachers. Our motto at TCS is to Let Kids Be Kids! And that’s exactly what this course promotes, skills to last a lifetime and experiences to create a beautiful childhood. Week 1 – Souvlaki
Souvlaki wrap with home made pita bread and souvlaki.
Week 2 – Kourabiedes
A traditional Greek short Bread biscuit made with almonds.
Week 3 – Spanakopita
Traditional savoury Greek pie made with filo pasty.
Week 4 – Loukamades
Is the popular greek version of doughnuts topped with cinnamon and honey.
Cost is $195 per child for the 4 week program.
When purchasing, please select the session your child can consistently attend for the full 4-week term i.e. if you sign up for the Tuesday session you will need to attend ONLY the Tuesday session every week for the entire 4 weeks.
The opportunity is available for each child to purchase a chefs jacket, an apron and a chefs hat for just $25. This is optional but adds to your child’s experience.
