Hosted by the one and only Mak Daddy of Surry Hills. Carlos will run an interactive demonstration of the macaron making process and after that you’ll have the opportunity to prepare your own and taste your creation!
The class runs for 2 hours where you will learn how to make an Italian meringue, mix the batter to the right consistency and gain the techniques to pipe the perfect macaron.
You’ll be making fairy bread inspired macarons on the day with sprinkles and full of delight!
