Week 1 – Let’s make Rice Paper rolls and Sweet and Sour Sauce
This class will incorporate the teens learning how to grill the chicken, cutting up the vegetables and assembling the perfect Rice Paper Rolls. After this they will then learn how to make their own Sweet Chilli sauce to enjoy with their delicious creations

Week 2 – Let’s make Sushi Schnitzel sandwiches
A little creativity can go a long way, so this class will teach our teens to change the perfect sushi into an amazing Schnitzel Sandwich. Learn how to make the schnitzel, and then roll the Sushi into the yummiest sandwich you will ever taste.

Week 3 – Let’s make Fried Rice and Honey Chicken
The class will begin by learning the perfect accompaniment to Honey Chicken, Fried Rice! Use your chopping skills to create the perfect fried rice, frying it up in your Wok. Then learn how to create the perfect sticky and sweet glaze for your chicken, which will be oozed all over your delicious crispy chicken that you will get to learn and make

Week 4 – Let’s make Sweet and Savoury Spring Rolls
This class will incorporate the teens learning how to create the perfect spring rolls. The Teens can customise their own Asian inspired springs rolls, with their favourite combination of fresh vegies. And then have the choice, to create delicious sweet spring rolls, filled with Biscoff and Nutella

  • Cost is $275 per child for the 4 week program

  • The opportunity is available for each child to purchase a chefs jacket, an apron and a chefs hat for just $45. This is optional but adds to your child’s experience.​
