The day begins at the Culinary School Headquarters at 9.30am.
You will be able to meet and greet with the CEO of The Culinary Group, Bashar Krayem, who will present the children with an in-depth introduction to how TCG was created, and Bashar, will take the participants through his journey over the last 20 years in the hospitality industry, and how he came to build The Culinary Group.
We will then take the students up to the Baking Factory’s Production Kitchen, where you will be able to meet with the head pâtissier, Khaled Khanji! Here we will be able to see where all the delicious desserts are created and take part in a quick show on how they are made. Then head down to The Baking Factory store where you will be able to see all the desserts on display!
Thats when the extra fun begins, when we head up to our Culinary School kitchens for a 1.5-hour cooking class with our experienced chef. We incorporate educational cookery skills within a fun and team-oriented atmosphere that encourages creativity. The food that the students create will be distributed to people in need via one of our local charities.
By this time, everyone will be hungry, so the group will finish the day in our Eighteen 22 Punchbowl location, where each student will get to enjoy a yummy lunch.
The day will end at approximately 1.30pm.
