Bashar Krayem, Director of The Culinary Group will take you on a journey of his Culinary world. Leaving school at the age of 13 and opening his first restaurant at the age of 18, Bashar will discuss business, opportunities, economics, the highs and lows of building the Culinary Group.
Students will be taken to the Baking Factory’s Production Kitchen, for a presentation by our head pâtissier and a quick show on how the hand crafted desserts are made.
They will then visit The Baking Factory’s retail outlet. Where they will see all the desserts on display!
Fun begins here as we head to The Culinary School kitchens for a 1.5-hour cooking class with our experienced chef.
We incorporate educational cookery skills within a fun and team-oriented atmosphere that encourages creativity. The food that the students create will be distributed to people in need via one of our local charities.
Cost is $ 35.00 per student
Transfers to and from our facilities can be arranged at an additional cost
